Why We Love It
Give everyday food preparation a little more flexibility. This lotus-style basket opens into a broad, perforated bowl, then folds into a compact shape when the job is done. Its two-tone green panels bring a useful touch of color to the kitchen.
A Basket That Opens With You
The overlapping panels move inward and outward around the center handle. Open them to arrange vegetables or other ingredients, then fold them together for storage. The supplier diagram lists an approximate open width of 25 cm (9.84 inches); check your cookware dimensions before ordering.
Perforated From Base to Rim
Openings across the base and side panels allow steam to circulate through the basket in a compatible setup. Detachable supports sit underneath the base. The supplier notes that these support pieces need to be fitted before use.
Folds Away Between Meals
The petals gather inward around the handle to take up less cupboard space. Opening the panels also gives access to the perforated surfaces for cleaning. Follow the supplied care instructions; dishwasher compatibility has not been specified.
Product Notes
The supplier identifies the body as polypropylene (PP) plastic and the center handle as silicone. A verified maximum operating temperature has not been provided. Check the manufacturer’s use instructions for compatibility with your cookware and heating method; no oven, microwave or direct-heat suitability is claimed.
